At Pitmaster Shirt Club, we take your privacy as seriously as we take our brisket—slow, deliberate, and never overdone. Here's the rundown on what we collect, what we do with it, and what we absolutely don't.
1. What We Collect (and Why)
When you sign up, we gather the good stuff:
- Name, address, and email – so we can send shirts to your door and stories to your inbox.
- Payment info – securely processed by our trusted third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
- Optional info – like shirt size preferences, favorite pitmasters, or love letters. (Okay, not required, but appreciated.)
2. How We Use It
We use your info to:
- Deliver your monthly BBQ-shirt magic.
- Send you updates, promotions, and pitmaster stories.
- Improve the experience and optimize our site. (Analytics, baby.)
3. What We Don’t Do
- Sell your info to marketers, robots, or meatless burger companies.
- Spam you like an overzealous rib rub. (You can unsubscribe anytime.)
4. Cookies (Not the Delicious Kind)
We use cookies and tracking tools to understand what’s working and what’s not. No crumbs involved—just data that helps us make this club better for you.
5. Sharing (Only With the Good Folks)
We may share necessary info with partners who help us ship shirts, process payments, and make the site run like a well-oiled smoker. That’s it.
6. Data Security
We protect your data like a secret family recipe—strong passwords, secure systems, and no funny business.
7. You’re in Control
Want to update, correct, or delete your info? Just shoot us a note at thepit@pitmastershirtclub.com.
We’ll handle it faster than a fire getting out of hand on a hot summer day.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time—because the law changes, and so do we (hopefully for the better). We’ll let you know if anything major happens.
Still have questions?
Email us at pitcrew@pitmastershirtclub.com and we’ll answer with as much honesty as a pitmaster at a brisket competition.
