Because Brisket Doesn’t Go Back on the Smoker
Look, we’re all about quality, but our shirts are like smoked meats—once they’re out in the wild, they’re yours. Because each tee is made in limited runs and printed just for you, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds (unless we seriously messed something up, which is rare but not impossible—hey, we're human, not robots).
If your shirt shows up and it’s:

The wrong size (and you didn’t order that size)

Defective (like a big ol' hole in it)

Missing in action (aka lost in the mail abyss)
Then we’ll absolutely make it right. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order info and a photo, and we’ll fix it faster than a brisket disappears at a block party.
Otherwise, all sales are final—because these shirts are custom, limited, and lovingly crafted. So choose your size wisely, savor the story, and wear your BBQ heart on your sleeve.

📦 Shipping Info
Here’s how it works:
- For New Members:
Your first shirt ships the month after you join. Example: Join in October → first shirt in November. Join in January → first shirt in February. Etc. -
Shipping Schedule:
We ship around the middle of each month, give or take a few sauce stains. You’ll get a heads-up email when your shirt hits the road. -
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping’s on us (that’s right—free in the U.S.). Because we’d rather you spend money on ribs than shipping fees. -
Tracking Info:
Once it’s on the move, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your tee’s journey like it’s a prized brisket in transit. -
International Shipping:
Not currently smokin’ beyond U.S. borders—but stay tuned. We’re working on it, so our global BBQ fam doesn’t get left out. -
Lost Packages:
If your shirt is perpertually "in the mail", don’t panic. Drop us a note within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll help track it down or replace it if necessary.
HOW TO CANCEL
We hate goodbyes, but we get it—sometimes you gotta hang up the apron. If you're ready to part ways, here's how to cancel your subscription:
Log into your account on our site. (It’s that little icon up top—click it.)
Go to "My Subscriptions" or "My Memberships."
Find your current plan and click "Manage" or "Cancel Plan."
Confirm cancellation and boom—you’re free like a brisket on Sunday.
Your membership will stay active until the end of your billing cycle, so you’ll still get any shirts you've paid for.
Note: Just ghosting us won’t cancel your plan. You gotta click the button, partner.
